Dr. Lillie Grant-Epps has been a licensed and ordained Minister since 1999. She is a recipient of a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University; Master of Divinity with a concentration in Women’s Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry in Theology from Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary. Dr. Epps is founder and owner of Family & Child Empowerment Services, Inc. (FACES) since 2009. FACES was born out of a desire to provide quality Community-based Mental Health services with dignity and compassionate care. The Goal of FACES is to empower individuals & families, equipping them with tools for a lifetime; promoting success and independence.
Dr. Epps is a Qualified Mental Health Professional for both children and Adults and has had years of first-hand experience in the field of Mental Health Counseling, including: Pastoral Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Epps has seen a lot in her lifetime and she realizes that compassionate care goes a long way. She understands that it’s not always how much you know but how well you demonstrate how much you care. She is committed to always take a role in providing solutions rather than contributing to society’s problems – being an integral part of our community.
